Serenity Soirées Launch Raffle – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of the raffle is Serenity Soirées, ABN 46978879038, located at Logan Region.

2. Eligibility

  • Eligibility: The raffle is open to individuals who are residents of Australia and aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees and Immediate Family Members: Employees of Serenity Soirées, their immediate families, and affiliates are not eligible to participate in the raffle.

  • Proof of Identity: Entrants may be required to provide proof of identity upon request.

  • Entry Restrictions: The raffle is void where prohibited by law.

3. Raffle Details

  • Raffle Draw Date: The winner will be drawn live at the Serenity Soirées Official Launch Event.

  • Number of Entries: Each valid entry will count as one chance to win.

  • Winner Notification: Winners will be notified within 48 hours of the draw date by phone or email, if the winner is not in attendance at the Launch event.

4. Prizes

  • Grand Prize: $10,000 worth of wedding décor services from Serenity Soirées. This includes decorations, floral arrangements, table settings, and event styling. (Entry fee: $50)

  • Second Prize: $2,000 worth of proposal décor services from Serenity Soirées, including proposal setup, décor, and floral arrangements. (Entry fee: $40)

  • Third Prize: $2,000 worth of baby shower décor service from Serenity Soirées, including the setup décor, and floral arrangements. (Entry fee: $30)

  • Fourth Prize: $2,000 worth of glamour picnic décor service from Serenity Soirées, including the setup décor, and floral arrangements. (Entry fee: $20)

  • Non-Transferability: Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other service or product.

  • Validity of Prizes: The prize is valid for use within 12 months from the draw date, subject to availability and Serenity Soirées’ event booking terms and conditions.

5. Entry Process

  • How to Enter: To enter the raffle, participants must purchase a raffle ticket (e.g. $50 to win wedding décor or $40 to win proposal décor).

  • Multiple Entries: Participants are allowed to enter multiple times by paying the appropriate entry fee for each separate entry.

  • Payment: Entry fees must be paid at the time of submission through this website. No entries will be valid until full payment is received.

6. Winner Selection

  • Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced during the event, and they will also be contacted by phone and/or email. If a winner is not present at the event, they will be notified within 48 hours.

  • Prize Collection: Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified. Failure to claim the prize within this time frame will result in a redraw.

  • Personal Information: By entering the raffle, participants consent to the collection of their personal details (name, contact details) for the purpose of managing the raffle and notifying winners.

  • Payment Terms: All entry fees must be paid in full at the time of entry to be eligible for the raffle. Last-minute tickets may be purchased up to 1 hour before the draw. This 1-hour window will allow Serenity Soirées to confirm the eligibility of last-minute entries.

  • No Refunds: Once an entry fee is paid, it is non-refundable.

  • Prize Delivery: The winner is responsible for any additional costs that incurred in connection with receiving or using the prize, including travel, accommodation, and other incidentals not included in the prize.
